Princess Consuela Banana Hammock

  • 1.5oz Angel’s Envy Rye 

  • 0.5oz Dulce de Leche washed Fernet Branca (See Note)

  • 0.25oz Banana Cordial 

  • 2 dashes stone fruit and citrus bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir to dilution (about 10 rotations). Strain into a rocks glass over ice (Or 1 large ice cube). Garnish with a brûlée’d banana slice.

Dulce de Leche washed Fernet Branca

  • 2 tbsp dulce de leche 

  • 1 cup Fernet Branca 

Whisk together and you’re ready to go!
