Rum Negroni

Aged Rum is one of the most versatile spirits out there, and Queen Charlotte’s Reserve is no exception! It is especially delicious in a simple Negroni format. Boozy, bitter, and slightly sweet, this is about as close to a perfect cocktail as you can get.

  • 2 oz Queen Charlotte’s Reserve Rum

  • .75 oz Carpano Botanic Bitter liqueur

  • .5 oz of Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth

Stir with ice and serve in a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange rind.
