Chai This One
1.5 oz of Ilegal Mezcal
.75 oz of chai syrup
.25 oz of fresh pressed orange juice
.25 oz of fresh pressed lemon juice
Chai Tea Syrup
Brew your favorite chai tea double strength and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and squeeze all liquid from tea bag. Add half as much sugar as amount of liquid and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. (Example if you get 2 cups of doubled brewed chai tea, add 1 cup of sugar.)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco. Garnish with star anise. Enjoy!
