Chai This One

  • 1.5 oz of Ilegal Mezcal

  • .75 oz of chai syrup

  • .25 oz of fresh pressed orange juice

  • .25 oz of fresh pressed lemon juice

Chai Tea Syrup

  • Brew your favorite chai tea double strength and let steep for 10 minutes.

  • Strain and squeeze all liquid from tea bag. Add half as much sugar as amount of liquid and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. (Example if you get 2 cups of doubled brewed chai tea, add 1 cup of sugar.)

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco. Garnish with star anise. Enjoy!
