Piña Collider

  • .75oz Fernet Branca

  • .75oz Coconut fat washed Muddy River Carolina rum

  • 1oz fresh pineapple juice

  • .75oz cilantro syrup

  • .5oz fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients except fernet branca in shaker tin with ice and vigorously shake. Strain contents into snifter over crushed ice. (Leave small space at the top.)

Float Fernet Branca over top of cocktail.

Garnish with pineapple leaf & sprigs of cilantro.
