Sunday Stroll

  • 1 1/2oz Strawberry Fernet 

  • 1/2oz Plantation Dark Rum 

  • 3/4oz Lime Juice 

  • 3/4oz Strawberry Simple 

  • 2 dash Peychuad Bitters 

  • 2oz Topo Chico

Combine all ingredients minus the Topo Chico in a collins glass, top with Topo Chico and add crushed ice. Swizzle slightly, add more crushed ice to create a mound. Add red striped straw and garnish with a mint plush and strawberry.
