Give’em the Boot

• 1.5oz Pasubio

• .5oz Fernet Branca

• 1.5oz Italian Berry Syrup

• .5oz Lemon

All ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake & Strain over crushed ice in a beer glass. Garnish with skewered berries & mint sprig.

Italian Berry Syrup

• 16oz strawberries

• 6oz blueberries

• 2cups sugar

• 40oz water

Everything but sugar goes into a pot bring to a boil bring to a boil. Reduce heat simmer 20 mins. Strain add sugar. Stir to combine.
